ROMAN'S--is it really the best sorbet/ ice cream in NY area?

According to 3/15/0 issue of New York p 66 Roman's has the best sorbet in NY area --- especially the chocolate sorbet. Have you tried it? Is it really the best. any other comparables or better ones?
