Baby Shower Brunch in Bethesda/Chevy Chase

Does anybody have a recommendation where I could host a baby shower brunch in the Bethesda/Chevy Chase area in May. Would love a bright, airy restaurant, or patio would be even better. Looking to accomodate approx 20-25 people, and want to try to spend $25 per person, if that's possible. Tried Lia's in Chevy Chase, but they werent too helpful or friendly at all. Thanks!

You might try Black Market Bistro in Garrett Park, MD (very near CC and Bethesda). The restaurant is located in a Victorian-style house in a quaint part of town. Brunch is good.

2nd Black Market and on a nice day, especially if you could reserve it perhaps the outside area of Addies on the pike. also could use Tympanos on the pike.

I just hosted a brunch at La Ferme in Chevy Chase. They have private rooms or space- it is very pretty and have a very nice exterior in the spring. The food is okay, french but the service is excellent.

I attended a Saturday brunch shower in Bethesda at Mon Ami Gabi in a private room. The food was good, we had lots of time in the private room and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

My wife's throwing a shower in the Chevy Chase or Bethesda area in February. Any comments on where you threw your shower and how it went? Anyone else have any recent inputs? Thanks so much in advance.

I am not the OP, but you could also try the Mansion at Strathmore Hall. I've been to events there. It is lovely and certainly convenient if anyone needs to take Metro.
