these look fantastic! I love how there's a thick layer of filling- the best part of the bar..
I've had an abundance of lemons. I still have at least three cups of lemon juice in the frig right now. I just ran through the pantry and I have all of the ingredients. Ohhh - lemon bars!!
Please let me know how the bars turn out. Won't be baking this till after Passover- trying to get rid of ingredients- so I'm not buying any more powdered sugar!
Did anyone get around to trying these? I was thinking of adding them to my Christmas baked gifts this year.
