Sliders?

I am looking for sliders for a family party and they have disappeared! Costco had them at Christmas, but they are "seasonal". They were frozen patties and buns in the box, just heat and serve.

Does anyone know where I can get them to make at home, rather than having to go to a restaurant? I am in Toronto.

I have bought them at both Pusateris and Brunos. Both are very good. They also sell Ace Bakery buns.
