Start New ThreadI live in Santa Monica. Can anyone recommend a good local butcher or source of cuts like a slab of pork belly? The grocery stores I've hit in the area have standard cuts, but I've yet to find a good source for meat for recipes that are bit further off the beaten path.

You might check Vicente Foods in Brentwood on San Vicente Blvd. at Bundy. They seem to have a really good butcher / meat department.
