You might want to call this place, http://www.salumeriabiellese.com/ I know it's not exactly an answer, but if they dont sell them they must know who does. Esposito's (http://www.espositosausage.com/) would be another place; basically, anywhere where they make a ton of sausage ;-) Also, dont underestimate your friendly neighborhood butcher. They make sausage at Citarella (dont they?) and I cant imagine why they wouldnt sell you casings.
Let us know how the sausage making adventure turns out. I tried it many years ago, but was never really pleased with the results.

Todaros, on 2nd ave between 30th and 31st st has some. I bought some there a few years ago. They sell a lot at once, but it's very cheap.

Faicco's on Bleecker Street makes their own as does Pino on Sullivan Street...Florence on Jones does, as well. I'm sure you could get some from at least one of these places...
