It's going to be such a nice Saturday, I'm thinking of doing a NE Philly chow field trip. I've never been to Gaeta's but have heard some raves about the tomato pie. Is it worth the trip?
Sorry do not know Gaeta's tomato pie, but right near it is DiPalma's bakery on Decatur near Frankford and Rhawn, give it and their bread a try as well.
Gaeta's is excellent. Much better than most (imho). Call ahead, if not ready or they're busy may take awhile but worth it.
