Salmon Croquettes - how do you get the bones out?

OK.. not the fanciest dish in the world.. but sometimes simple is nice.
However, is there an easier way to get the fine bones out rather than picking them one by one? Or do you just pulverize yours?

    Pulverize (actually just a good stir). The bones are so soft, I doubt you'd notice them after cooking. Plus, why miss out on the calcium?
