Flay, smoked by the Manresa guy on Iron Chef
I think Flay is cocky.
I was glad to see him get schooled last night by David Kinch from Manresa.
The score, 42 to 52, showed that it was not a narrow victory, it was a savage beating

He beat Flay again? Oh, sorry, this was a repeat. At least a year old.

Thanks for the link. I guess the chow board nerds got me on that one. I was a year ago.
This is the problem with repeat programming.
Sigh, the shame I feel is just unbearable.

Don't feel bad - it was an honest mistake, and it's easy to get confused on FoodNetwork...

------ and IMO Flay doesn't come off as cocky very much these days...
The Throwdown series really has him come across as a regular OK dude...

I agree: he has been very kind and generous - it's changed my view of him completely. And boy, can he cook!

Flay is one of the few I can actually still stand watching. He gets too much flak on here IMO
