need brunch place Bergen County upper route 17 please

hi, I am meeting a friend who is coming down on route 87 and I am coming from Wayne so I am thinking a good place to meet would be upper route 17 area. I need a decent place for brunch, not too expensive but would love something on the "charming" side.

It is not charming but, the Sheraton Crossroads in Mahwah has brunch.

When you say "brunch" I assume you mean Sunday; otherwise the "charming" idea fits Cafe Panache in Ramsey, they do weekday lunch. Otherwise, less charming is Kinchley's in Ramsey, but good food and acclaimed pizzas. And then there's Village Grille in Waldwick, decent "pubby" food, but make sure you sit in the bar dining area.

Try Bistro 55 on 17 nsouth, used to be South City Grill. We did brunch a few weeks ago with a small group. Good food selection, did not rush us, champagne etc... Nice atmosphere too. Price was good.

Haven't been there for brunch, but I agree that Bistro 55 is a nice spot...

I agree that Bistro 55 serves pretty good food but disagree about the price for brunch. They charge $27 per person. It is on the high side.

I was going to suggest the Mason Jar in Mahwah but am unsure it would be considered "charming".
