Tin Lizzy in Latrobe, PA

I've been hearing a lot about Tin Lizzy in Latrobe, but they don't have a website. Can anyone who has been there tell me about the food. What's their specialty? Are reservations needed/recommended? Would non red meat eaters find something worth eating. Thanks.
