  1. Bloody Mary's - Molly's at the Market on Decatur (next door to coops)
    Seafood Gumbo- Coops on Decatur
Po-Boys - Get a magazine st. bus fare & head to Mahoney's for a peacemaker

    1. Chart Room for Bloody Mary's.
the seafood gumbo at Muriel's is very good. Mt. B's also offers a seafood gumbo, and at lunch, the Mary's are $1.50.

Bloody Mary's --- Royal House on Royal
Seafood Gumbo ---- Mena's Palace on Chartres

        2. Boiled crawfish is $$$ right now so be prepared. Johnny's is your best bet for real-deal po-boys. It's 3rd generation owned whereas Mahoney's is an $$ newcomer serving good, but faddish po-boys. Lots of places have good gumbo - Desire Oyster Bar has an excellent dark roux gumbo.

          1. I love Muriel's for bloody marys

            1. Burgers, gumbo and boiled crawfish at Yo Mamas. Brandy milk punch and Pimm's Cups at Napoleon House. The Muffelettas at Napoleon House are also very good. Drinks at Bar Tonique on Rampart St.

              1. Thanks Yall! We are on our way!
