I want to make Momofuku chilled spicy noodles at home
Had these yesterday and I now want to eat nothing else...
Any suggestions? They seem like they should be relatively easy to replicate: chilled noodles, spicy Szechuan sausage, spinach leaves, candied cashews.
Has anyone tried this? Does it work? I did a google search for a recipe, but came up empty handed.
Also, suggestions for where to get great Szechuan sausage in Philadephia?
Thanks!!

re: limonadam
I have a spicy chilled noodle recipe I got from a friend. Not quite the same as the one described above but easy and tasty, and doesn't require any hard-to-find items.
Mix in a saucepan and cook briefly:
1/2 C peanut butter
2T soy sauce
2T rice wine vinegar
2T red chili garlic paste
1 rounded T minced fresh ginger
4T sesame oil
1/2 C coconut milkToss above mixture together with:
8 oz cooked chilled soba
6 thinly slivered scallions
1T toasted sesame seedsChill and serve.
