ISO Lonza

I am searching for Lonza....which is a cured and dried pork loin. I found it once at Roman Cheese in Niagara Falls, but cannot seem to find it in Toronto. I have tried Grande Cheese, Longos, Siena Foods, etc...

Any help is greatly appreciated!
