Looking for cozy 'Central Perk' type place in the Baltimore area

I used to love the 'Evergreen' in Roland Park because it was an independent place with great food and couches to lounge on with my friends and my laptop. (ala Baltimore's version of Friend's Central Perk) I say used to love because they took out their couches to make more seating room. When they did that, it just lost it's 'cozy' appeal to me. Anyone know of anywhere else that could fill the void for me? A cozy spot with a couch to hang out with my laptop, sip a hot tea, and order a great salad? Extra points for a place that also displays local art work!

You may want to try Latte'da in Fells Point.

The Falls in Mt. Washington. Exactly what you are looking for.

Spoons in Federal Hill. Food isn't great but they leave you alone. They have local artwork.

Have you tried Common Ground in Hampden (on 36th St)? It is somewhat small but definitely fulfills your need for local art and coziness....
