Road Trip: Little Rock, AR to Boulder, UT

Looking for delicious and unique eating experiences along the way. I plan on stopping in roughly 4-5 hours intervals to re-fuel (gasoline/food). I'm ultimately making my way to Hell's Backbone Grill where I plan to work for the summer.
