nice place open for dinner on Mondays?

Hi- I'm attending BC's commencement on Monday May 24, and wanted to go somewhere nice afterwards for dinner. It's a really special occasion. I checked O Ya and Craigie on Main (my top choices) and they are, of course, closed on Mondays.

It doesn't have to be in Newton/Brookline, in fact, I'd like to get away from the area for dinner.

Thanks in advance!

Check out Market on Stuart St., at the W Hotel. It's one of Jean Georges Vongerichten's restaraunts. I've eaten at a few of his restaraunts; the food is always delicious, and the ambiance is always great.

      Looks interesting, thanks!

Two other places that appear open on Mondays are Ten Tables (Cambridge) and Gaslight.

Depends what you want. TT is a cute little spot in JP (and a bigger spot in Camb) with interesting food, reasonable prices. Gaslight big brasserie, fun place. A couple others open on Mon. are Sorellina for $$ Italian in a great room with awesome service, Mistral its sister restaurant for pricey French/Amer, in another great room. Prezza in the north end for great northern Italian, Hamersley's Bistro in the south end, or Eastern Standard in Kenmore Sq. might work if no baseball game. Quite a few are actually open on Mon.
