Help me with Vegas
I haven't been in years and will be going for a few days in the spring and want to make the most of it. I'm definitely hitting Joel Robuchon and Lotus of Siam. I will be staying on the Strip and will probably do most meals there.
I need one more great dinner splurge.
Craftsteak?
One of the Batali places?
I live in LA so, I don't need Cut or other Puck places.
I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I'd look into Carnevino(call before for the super aged beef), Bar Charlie (if you are here on the weekend), or Twist.

Twist might be a great pick if you're really into adventurous cuisine. Or for pure elegance, consider Alex.

Alex is my favorite LV restaurant. I am returning to Alex and trying Twist on my next visit to LV in mid April.

i've already booked Robuchon and i've got one free night available...i'm trying to decide between the (probably) taste of wynn menu@Alex or spending a little (or maybe alot) more and going to Savoy. I think the taste of wynn is a pretty good deal for 89$, and was wondering if you could tell me what i could expect a three-course wine pairing to cost (i really hate the 3X-4X mark-up that seems to be standard in Vegas). Do you know if BYO is allowed?

I have read before that the corkage fee is $50 at Alex. Might want to call them.
