Hello, Looking for Natural Casing for Home Made Sausage.
The place i buy or bought it from, will only sell in bulk now. not looking to make 7 gozillion tons of sausage, were a rather small family.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Live in Doral but would not mind a short drive.
Thank You in advance.

No replies, I'd be curious to know where you could buy as well.

There is an Argentenian meat market in Doral...on 41st street.....west of 97th Ave...north side of the street......called Patagonia.....nice place....incredible empanadas.....ANYWAY....I would go there and talk to their butchers and perhaps they can give you some direction......

Grazianos on Bird Rd. sells it. but their price has tripled in the last few months.
what i used to buy for $10. they now want $34.

might have to check out Emil's that looks interesting....

Thank you guys for your help and suggestions.

Is it worth driving up to Deerfield Beach to Emil's European Sausage Kitchen? Walter sells all natural casings to his customers who make their own sausage. You might want to call first.

That sounds like a great place to check out, even if it's not worth the drive just for the casing alone (one could always stock up for the trip back to Miami) :)
