Topo chico in San Diego?

I've lived here about a year, moved in from Austin, Texas. It took a little sleuthing to find most of my habitual drugs - PG Tips tea, good fish tacos from a truck, etc. - but finding Topo Chico mineral water has been challenging. Every so often I see it in IB, but no beverage stores ever seem to know what I'm talking about. Anybody have the lowdown?
