Interesting, thank you. It doesn't really seem (from the website) to have that Hatch chile vibe going. Still, you've got to get your green chile fix in where you can find it, even in unlikely places, unless you've got the freezer space and commitment to mail order. I also like churchka's idea below to get it as a bowl. Hmmmm. I might have to venture out to the burbs soon (oh! they have a location in downtown St. Paul, too).

TDQ - I doubt it is Hatch, but like I said it's about the closest thing you will find to green chile (stew) around these parts. Occasionally, Cub will have green chile marked as "Hatch" during chile season for a couple of weeks in Aug/Sept. Beyond that, you are correct, mail order is the only other real option.
