Tower Hill wedding - Peppers Catering? Worcester

Hi all,
I posted this on the Southern New England board too, but I thought there might be more traffic over here. I hope such double-posting isn't frowned upon!

Although I don't live there, my parents live in Worcester and recommended Tower Hill for my 2011 wedding. It looks like a beautiful site, but they require you to use Pepper's Catering. Since I don't live there, I know nothing about them. I was wondering what Pepper's reputation is? Have you had a good or bad experience with them (or with Tower Hill)? Thanks for any info you have!

(Oh, and if you have other suggestions for wedding locations or caterers in the Worcester/Boston area, that's awesome too.)

I haven't been to an event but I have heard good things about Peppers. They always enter and often win events in Worcester.

I cant recall many details other than it was one of the nicest weddings i have been to. The place is beautiful. They had the ceremony out on the grounds in the gardens and the reception in the glass oranganium room. Like a big green house full of tropical plants

We used Peppers some years ago for my daughter's bat mitzvah and they did a terrific job. It was a while ago, but I would certainly check them out. They let us do a tasting at their facility before we contracted with them.

Peppers catered my wedding several years ago at Shaker Hills and did a great job. They are based out of Northborough on the Hudson road and will do tastings before the event and also do take-out dinners some nights.
