Where is San Antonio's board?
I am lost on how San Antonio is lost from not having its own board like Houston and Dallas have. San Antonio is in the heart of Texas. Being a frequent commute for Austin; From having some of the best yet hidden Tex Mex restaurants in the state; to having an ancestry culture of german where you can find the occasional german influenced restaurant; San Antonio being the 7th largest city while also bringing in 26 million tourists per year the city pulls much needed attention on the Texas board for many foodies living in or soon to be visiting the city. Not many cities grow at the rate San Antonio does, nor was as resistant to the current recession as San Antonio has been. The amount of new restaurants in the growing areas astound me each I drive through an area that I haven't been by in a few months. A city like San Antonio which only is getting bigger demands its own Chowhound board.
May be because there are so few posts for SA.

Actually, there are a lot of posts for San Antonio, which is the basis for almost half the topics on the Texas board, based on a quick scan of the titles there. Of course, this means that it's easy for anyone in SA to just scan the Texas board for topics of interest. But it seems like there's a good case for SA to have its own board too.
