Long weekend in Montreal?

I will be spending a long weekend in beautiful Montreal, which I haven't been to in a good 5-7 years. I am woefully out of date with restaurants to go to. I'd love to hear your suggestions for any neighborhood gems. I'm looking for a great bistro-type places rather than an elaborate chef's tasting. Love seafood, italian, indian, and french. Please, suggest your favorites! Any good places in Old Montreal too or is it all touristy? Thanks so much.
