Capital Seafood coming to Arcadia / Monrovia (Not NEW Capital)

Drove past the old Tony Roma's building on Huntington Drive near Fifth and saw the new signs on the building "Capital Seafood". I think this is the same 'chain' as the establishments in Monterey Park and Rowland Heights. Anyone know the scoop on this place? Never been to any of the other locations.

This is Capital Seafood, NOT New Capital...which I have been to.

I went to the location in Irvine tonight. Signs trumpeting the soon to be Arcadia location were prominently placed in the front windows.

It's a fairly straightforward Teochew place with lots of good choices on the menu. Solid food all around, although I've had better version of some dishes like the House Special crab-lobster-fish-your-favorite-seafood-here at other restaurants.

Monterey Park branch is very good; Garden Grove, Rowland Heights and Irvine are OK, Las Vegas so-so

I've only been to the Monterey Park branch. Their dim sum is reasonably priced. The quality is good. I think other places are better, but you pay for it (e.g. Elite, Seafood Harbour). As Chandavkl indicated, this is part of the chain. I like it better than the other two dim sum places in Arcadia (Full House and I think the other is called Hop Li or something like that).

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check out the inside due to the remodeling. I wanted to see if they would have the hanging duck and pork display like they do in their Monterey Park takeout storefront.
