Strange search but....

a couple of years ago a friend visited Seattle and ate at what she described as "A little troll's house". It was under a bridge or freeway or some nondescript place but dinner was an epiphany. Does anyone know of such a place?

Also, we'll be in Seattle for a week in April. Who has the best Gelato? Oysters? Chocolate?Breakfast?
