Food Cart/Food Truck Eating
Hi,
Many thanks to Chowhounds who have helped with my previous posts in this forum. I'm trying to put together a list of food carts, food stalls, trucks and other interesting eateries for our upcoming visit. On the Thursday we are there, I'd like to eat as many interesting things as possible as we walk around the city. I saw quite a few on YELP but would like help choosing, also I'm not sure if they are all available during the weekday. This craze hasn't hit New Orleans yet, so I find it interesting.
Any suggestions?

Kung Fu Taco Truck is in the Financial District every day from I believe 12:00 to 2:00 or so, and for the past couple of months have been parked at Sacramento and Montgomery (next to now-closed Jeanty @ Jacks - sob). I love em. Char siu, asian asada, and duck tacos are my faves. they have chicken and veg options too, and dessert empanadas I have yet to try. There is an L.A. craze for Kogi tacos but I've had them and they are no where near as good as Kung Fu's.
