we have one quick afternoon in d.c. where to eat near dupont circle?

    Not knowing what type of food you want I would go to Hank's Oyster Bar, Tabard Inn or Pizzeria Paradisio.

      Woodleyparkhound has raised some good questions. Without that info, my reply may not suit your needs. Despite that, I recommend the Tabard Inn's Sunday brunch. You didn't say when you're here, but if it's in warmer weather, brunch on their patio is very nice.

        What sort of food / ambiance are you interested in and how much do you want to spend? You said you have quick afternoon - how quick do you want the meal to be?
