according to Serious Eats, they can be found in Delray Beach, FL...and posts in the comments section also indicate Toronto and Bucks County, PA.

i think a lot of bagel shops have flagels now, I get mine at Tal, on the East side that's 86th and 1st, or in the East 50's or the UWS. Only the UWS location toasts though. Also in Forest Hills on Queens Blvd by 113th St if anyone happens to be out that way, right at the exit of the E/F train for Kew Gardens.
