Fork in the Road in Milan?

Has anybody been to this place? I'd love to go there but I'd also love to hear reactions of anyone who's been.

Had lunch there a couple of months ago. Good but not compellng. I enjoyed the pork cutlet sandwich but thought it should have been accompanied by a homemade aioli rather than jarred mayonaise. My partner liked the pulled pork sandwich. Carrot soup was good. Service was so amateur as to make you shake your head in disbelief.
