Suggestions for 2010 Easter Sunday brunch in Burlington VT area ?

Looking for suggestions of good place to have 2010 Easter Sunday brunch in & around Burlington VT.

Buffet style strongly preferred.

We have reservations for buffet at Inn at Essex, which is fine, but would possibly like to try something different this year if it isn't too late to make different plans.
