What to do with extra black bottom filling

I have extra topping from making black bottoms. It's cream cheese, sugar, Nutella, mini chocolate chips and an egg. Any suggestions for something easy to do with this? Because it has an egg, I'd rather bake it in some form than eat it off a spoon—though I am not beyond that. By the way, the black bottoms are delicious: http://coconutlime.blogspot.com/2010/...

You have the filling for cheesecake, cannoli (heat over a double boiler if you want to cook the egg), pancakes, crepe filling; add some flour and make cookies....

Those both sound very good! Of course you can always just pour it in the muffin tin and bake it.

Does it bake up firm enough that you could bake in a pan (maybe even in a water bath), scoop out balls, roll them in cocoa for faux truffles? You'd probably have to store in the fridge.
