Supper Club w/great food and dancing

Looking for a supper club with good food and dancing in the Northern Virginia/DC area.

    Doc Scantlin and his band play every Friday at the Carlyle Club in Alexandria. I haven't been.

      I can't say I know of a supper club" a la 1940s movies (oh, to put on a white dinner jacket and try out my best Bogie expression!)

      However, a few years back, I believe the best old hotels in DC had dining in one room, Big Band dancing in a lounge close by.

      Anybody know for sure?
