  • 8

Who has the best jazz brunch in Philadelphia? We are going to be there the week end of March 12, 13 & 14. Thanks. jazzfan

  1. Curious noone answered this. The Art Museum Restaurant does have a brunch with music, not sure if it's always jazz or not.
There is also Bourbon Blue in Manayunk that you may want to check out as it is New Orleans' type restaurant.
Also World Cafe has a brunch but could not find menu online.
Hopefully someone will help you out and have a little more info than me!

    1. The only one I'm familiar with is at Nodding Head, a small brewpub in Center City (www.noddinghead.com). The jazz isn't great...but not too shabby, and the food is good solid gastropub stuff. Of course the beers aren't too shabby either.

I tried the link you sent for Nodding Head and it didn't work for me.

      2. The Mar Bar above Marathon Grill in West Philly has a jazz brunch on Sundays. At least I have seen it advertised as a Jazz brunch; the website doesn't say what the music is. It's a $10 all you can eat buffet. It's probably ok, but definitely not great.

        1. I believe Estia (Locust between 15th and Broad) still does a jazz brunch - I have never been but our neighbors have. However I have eaten dinner there many times and never been disappointed.

Was just on their website the other day looking at their lunch menu and they still have a banner that advertises a live jazz group at brunch.

          2. Manayunk Brewing company started Jazz Brunch again. Monette Sudler will be there the 14th.
