Relatively inexpensive brunch for ~10-15 out-of-towners near Chelsea?

Some of my family from out-of-town is looking for an inexpensive (<$20), but still tasty, spot for brunch on the Sunday following my wedding. There will be about 10-15 people (who all would like to sit together). They'll be staying in Chelsea/Flatiron district, so I'd like to send them somewhere nearby -- no further south than Washington Sq Park and no further north than Times Square. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    1. Rocking Horse Cafe, Cookshop.

        1. Bar Breton, on 5th Av., b/t 28th & 29th Sts., has a brunch special for $19.95. Chef/owner Cyril Renaud's food is delicious, service is efficient, and the space has very attractive decor. They should be able to handle a group this size and seat everyone at one table. Reservations are accepted, and for this situation, they are must.
