Macaroni Grill Arcadia (What's moving in?)

Drove past the former location of Macaroni Grill in Arcadia on Huntington Drive today. Saw a new banner on the building that said something like "Cooking up soon" or something like that with sort of a logo with "Pioneer Point" in a triangle.

Anyone know what this is all about?

      Does NOT sound promising :P

dam sucks, we never get anything good that isn't Asian in Arcadia.

Hate having to drive out to LA to get some good grub since I've eaten at so many places in the SGV already.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, the Macaroni Grill building is just east of 5th, so technically it's in Monrovia. (Speaking of technically-in-Monrovia, have you tried the new Shanghai Bamboo House on Duarte and 6th?)

And for non-Asian-but-edible in Arcadia, there's always Zelo's, Oh, and The Derby ;)

I've eaten at the Bamboo House. The place is often very crowded. Apparently, they moved here from Temple City. Food was OK.....I think you have to order the right thing....our table of food looked nothing like those adjacent to ours. Any suggestions?

I agree. It does not sound promising at all.
