First Date - Romantic Mexican Restaurant in Rockland County?

Any suggestions for a good "first date" mexican restaurant in Rockland County with good margaritas?

There is a place on Lafayette Ave in Suffern called Casa Don Manuel - it's kinda a hole in the wall, but the food is excellent and the made to order guacamole is outstanding - not too expensive, service is good and it has a certain Mexican ambiance that works - definitely not a high class place, but my friends and family love it.

If you want pricey mexican with strolling guitarists who occasionally throw a Yes or Chicago tune into the mix El Bandito on 59 in Spring Valley always delivers. Pricey yes, though entrees include a plain quesadilla appetizer and a small desert and after dinner cordial. But their food isn't really good across the board. There must be other "datey" options but that's all I've got.

On the other hand, they do like to pour alcohol....

Um, that would be a small dessert, although a small desert would be atmospheric....

        My bad.

Casa del Sol in Nyack. Not Mexican per se, but Latin Fusion, and definitely could be "romantic", ambience is worlds above the places already mentioned.

Downtown Nyack is also preferable to a highway, and it's one of the more attractive towns in Rockland.
