A group of chefs in the Rockland and Camden Area have started the groundwork for a local chapter of the American Culinary Federation. We have meetings scheduled for the next 3 months to help gather support

this posted prematurely...I hate it when that happens. We will be meeting at Farmers Fare this month for a Farmer and Chef pot luck meet and greet brunch. This has never been done before so it could be interesting. If your a chef between Boothbay and Belfast you should come.

Good luck! Can you encourage some of your chef friends "from away" to open up an Indian restaurant in the Camden/Rockland area? Man do I miss Indian food. Side note...went to Shere Punjab in Brunswick on Saturday and it was excellent. Too far to drive on a daily basis though =).
