tuna in Edmonton

I need a block of sushi quality Tuna. I have never bought this before. I know the good shops (ie. Ocean Oddessey, Billingsgate, Fin's). What is my best option?

    1. Your best option for buying quality sushi grade tuna is to firstly do a brief bit of research, learn what sushi/sashimi grade tuna is, then call the fishmongers you mentioned and query them about what they have.

            1. Billingsgate always has 'sushi quality' Tuna in the freezer (along with plenty of other options). Give it a try.
