Non Dessert / Drinks/ Curry recipes or tips with Coconut Water
I was wondering if Coconut water could be used in a savory course, like a non-Curry light sauce that is infused with spices or herbs like lemongrass, ginger, grapefruit or thai basil? Does anyone know of such a technique? Could it be served with lightly poached seafood?

Are you actually splitting a coconut and getting the water that way? Or using the packaged stuff? The packaged stuff I use is sweet, so I'm not sure that it'd be good at all for those applications you're asking about . . . I use it as a base for fruit & veggie smoothies in the a.m. - dunno if you're interested in those! If you are, I'm happy to share some of my odd but tasty combos.

i'm using packaged water 'Naked' brand but there is no added sugar to it.
