Need a private room for 60 +/- ppl for a sit down dinner

I could use some help with finding a restaurant that has private rooms which will accomodate around 60 people for dinner. The room needs to have windows to the outside world and not be a cellar-type or interior room that feels enclosed. I will be checking out Remi and Red Eye Grill (both mid-town) as they seem to have the type of room that we are looking for but would really love some help with others! Budget is around $100-$125/pp.
