    1. You the man!!!!! now the only real question is..... when will sardines with chocolate vinaigrette appear on the menu? i for one will be looking for that dish on your spring menu!

          Heck, I can't wait for violet mustard and chipotle to be used in my next dessert. Actually, that's not a bad idea. Erik should do a Chopped dinner presenting all three courses from the show.
