The sushi was pretty good, nothing great, but we were SHOCKED when the bill came. For a couple of rolls, a salad and two drinks, the total came to 85 bucks. The service was decent and the room is nice, but for that price, Hamasaku is wayyy better. My girlfriend was talking to the DJ (who was really good) and even he admitted that the sushi is completely overpriced. He said next time to try the cooked food, because it's really something special... but i highly doubt there's going to be a next time. Anyone have a similar experience? Completely overpriced, and the atmosphere, while cool, does not come close to making up for the price markup. Would possibly go for happy hour, but never again for dinner. But a drink, and a snack - ONE cooked dish, or one cut roll while you're drinking. It's a pretty room. BUt for the money, you're better off at MOri, shibucho, wherever Ryo reopens, or Yamakasa with kawasaki-san.
