Best Pan-Fried Noodles with Beef?

I'm craving a nice, hot dish of pan-fried noodles with beef from Chinatown. Any recommendations on the best restaurant for this? If anyone is from LA and for reference, my favorite version is beef chow mein from Sam Woo. Thanks!
