I guess the Bothy is out, eh? lol.

Can we use your randomizer again? Anyone else with other ideas?

I would like to add Mexico Lindo, Jack's Grill (new owner, we should review!), and Vita Bella (I would like to see more reviews on the this place)

Also, if we are running out of steam on the RROTM, please let me know, as if we don't have enough interest, there is no point in doing it :)

Re: Mexico Lindo. I was there on one occasion early last year. The servers (owners) were very friendly and helpful as well. I can't remmeber what I had for entree but really enjoyed the churros + mexican hot chocolate for dessert. Hot churros dusted with sugar and hot choc with a slight kick.
I am in no way an expert in Mexican cuisine but it was definitely not tex-mex. Having tried fresh greasy dolce leche churros in Central America - I wouldn't say their churros are comparable but I think they came close. Perhaps the Mexican variety is slightly differnt.
