Charosis for Passover

Does anyone have a good recipe for Charosis? I don't like it to taste too winey.....

    I used to labor over my charoset until someone taught me to make it with date paste and chopped walnuts. You can also add a little wine if you like (it seems like you don't..I don't either.) Its quick and its very tasty..and I am not even a big fan of dates.
