Looking for crunchy maki in Addison/Dallas TX

I used to get the crunchy make in Houston. It was crab meat, avocado, rice wrapped in seaweed and covered with Tempura. I just moved here and am desperately trying to find a great sushi place that serves something like this

Couple of decent places in Addison to try. For more the authentic experience try Mr Sushi on Belt Line Rd and for a more contemporary try Chaucers (same road, almost across the street).
