Where to buy Sashimi grade fish?

I'm just starting to learn how to cook Japanese food and will need access to sashimi grade fish. Any recommendations on where this is available? I saw frozen tuna and salmon (both sashimi grade) at the Lotte Plaza in Chantilly, but would like other options. I live on Capitol Hill in DC, but am willing to drive for the good stuff.

H Mart. I know there is a location in Falls Church, and probably another elsewhere. They are inexpensive and delicious. I have only seen the tuna and salmon available there though (fresh).

Not especially close to you, but BlackSalt in Georgetown out by the Resevoir, and RiverFalls in Potomac (at, wait for it, River and Falls) are miles above everyone else in quality, IMHO. And price, too, but sometimes you get what you pay for...

There used to be a great sushi place that had a cult following in Glen Echo, in a strip mall on the corner of Goldboro and MacArthur Blvd. I don't remember the name of the place, but it sold it's sushi/sashimi grade fish by the pound as well as take-out sushi (they didn't have any seating). This place was awesome, despite it's rather odd location.

If you can get to Wegmans they have great sushi grade fish
