Interesting in Torrington or very near Torrington?
For a birthday dinner this week, I wonder if there's anything especially good in Torrington or nearby (two parties traveling from Simsbury and Waterbury and hoping to meet in the middle). We've done The Venetian. Thanks.

Oh, I was so hoping someone would come through with a good response to this. I live 20 minutes west of Torrington, and the better restaurants I know are another 20 minutes west of me... Litchfield is a little better than Torrington - I don't know what's there now, but it would be worth a post.
