Too many posts ???

When I click on a topic that had many posts, somewhere in 500+ range I usually get the error message that says.....There has been a slight problem.It only happens with the large numbered posts. I have tried a topic that has 609 posts on 3 different computers. All produced the same error message. It's a shame because these are obviously the most popular topics , then because it takes a little longer to downlaod it automatically goes into error mode.
